EASY CHEESY JALAPENO BISCUITS

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, add Easy Cheesy Jalapeno Beer Bread Mix and shredded cheddar cheese; mix to combine. Add carbonated beverage and stir firmly for 20-30 seconds (batter will be lumpy). Do not over-mix. Drop by spoonfuls into greased medium sized muffin tins. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
